Rates for the self-catered farm stay start at $960 per night based on a three-night minimum stay. 

Big Yard Farm accomodates a maximum of 6 adults.

During periods of high demand including the ski season, Christmas and Easter, the nightly rate is $990 per night based on a three-night minimum stay. 

Booking direct with Big Yard Farm returns 10% savings on nightly rates as advertised on AirBnB (as above).

For bookings of seven nights or more, guests enjoy an additional 10% saving. 

Rates include private access to the the three-bedroom home, 500-metres of river frontage and 100-acres of Snowy Mountains pasture and alpine forest. Linen and cleaning fees are included in the rates. During flyfishing season, guests have access to waders and fly-fishing gear (two people in the river at any one time) plus lawn games and pool table. 

Big Yard Farm is pup-friendly with no additional fees.
